How old do I need to be to rent and drive an RV from Fretz RV? ➕
The minimum age set by our insurance company is 25 years old. All drivers must meet this requirement and provide a valid driver’s license at the time of rental.
What does my tow vehicle need to rent a travel trailer from Fretz RV? ➕
Your tow vehicle must have a towing capacity greater than the trailer’s dry weight, a 7-way electrical plug to run the lights, and an electric brake controller. If your vehicle doesn’t have a brake controller, we can rent one to you for an additional charge. Extra installation costs may apply if your 7-way plug does not include a 12V charge line.
What is your cancellation policy for RV rentals? ➕
From the date of reservation up to 30 days before pick-up, Fretz RV Rentals will refund your down payment less a $35 processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of departure, there is no refund. If you have questions about a specific trip, our rental team will be happy to review the details with you.
Can you deliver my RV rental to my home, campground, or event? ➕
Yes. Fretz RV offers a rental concierge delivery service for an additional fee. Depending on distance, site accessibility, and day of the week, we may be able to deliver the RV to your home, campground, or event and return to pick it up when your trip is over.
What is typically included with an RV rental from Fretz RV? ➕
Our rentals are equipped with essentials such as air conditioning, a kitchen with microwave, and a private bathroom. You will bring your own bedding, linens, and personal items. Our team will review what is included and what to pack before your departure.
Can I rent an RV if I’m flying into Pennsylvania from another state? ➕
Absolutely. Many renters fly in from out of state. Our Souderton, PA location is convenient to the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley airports, and our staff can provide directions and guidance on getting to the dealership and back to the airport after your trip.
